Today, I share one of those messages you hope you never have to write Fernando, our dear colleague, and truly one of my closest friends, has passed away far too soon It’s hard to find words that do justice to someone as genuine, kind, and effortlessly real as he was. Fernando had that rare gift of making every room lighter, every conversation meaningful, and every project better simply by being himself Losing him reminds us how fragile and unpredictable life can be. Life is too short, sometimes unfairly short And his departure has left a silence that weighs heavily on all of us who were lucky enough to walk part of the journey by his side. I will always carry with me his authenticity, his humor, and his way of showing up for others without ever expecting anything in return. He leaves us too soon, but he leaves us better than he found us, and that is the legacy of people who truly matter Gracias amigo por todo. We will miss you more than words can express
