When will my property be online?

Once you have finished your online registration, Roibos will verify the provided information before you can go live and be visible to the travel operators. Once verification is completed you will be able to go live from the Roibos Hotel Extranet.

How can I restrict rate plans to the travel operators?

Once you have finished your online registration, you will have access to the Roibos Hotel Extranet to manage your property. From the Agencies dashboard of your Hotel Extranet you will be able to allow and restrict refundable, package, non-refundable and packaged non-refundable rates to the different travel operators.

Can I change commission agent by agent?

Yes, from the Agencies dashboard of the Hotel Extranet you will be able to assign commissions to each agent.

Does the agent receive the full content and photos? Is it live hotel content?

Yes, the agent receives the full live content and photos directly from the hotel. All the content that the hotel loads is automatically available to agents.

What is the Roibos fee and how is it settled?

Roibos charges the hotel 1€ or 1,25$ per RoomNight, and this will be paid fortnightly from the client's arrival to the hotel.

How does Roibos charge the hotel's credit card?

Roibos has partnered with PayComet (by Sabadell Bank). When you lodge your credit card details, they are encrypted, fully secured and protected by PayComet payment platform. Your card details are converted instantly into tokens and subsequent payments will be processed directly using the token to ensure the payment is done securely and fraud free. PayComet is a PCI-DSS level 1 certified payment platform, the highest security standard in payment methods. This certification ensures that the platform follows strict security protocols and is periodically audited.

The portfolio is growing daily with hotels from all around the globe. Our aim is to have 20,000 registered hotels within 3 years.

Does the AGENT receive the full content and photos? Is it a Live Hotel Content?

Yes, the agent receives full live content and photos directly from the hotel. All the content that the hotel loads is automatically available to agents.

What are the Virtual Credit Card Merchants connected to Roibos?

Does Roibos take care of the Health & Safety of the contracted hotels?

As a Technology Platform, Roibos can neither issue nor care of H&S on behalf of Travel Operators, this will always remain with the Travel Operator as its ubiquitous practice. But as a marketplace, we offer both Hotels and Travel Operators total transparency in contact details, so agents will be able to directly contact hoteliers and ask them to comply with their requirements.
